  • Be in possession of a diploma recognized by the CCEI;
  • Willing to learn Dutch (or already speak Dutch);

Reception manager

Chiropractie Centraal is a growing chiropractic practice with multiple locations in the Netherlands. We would like to add a proactive and energetic front desk administrator to our international team. Because of the pressure in our office, we need someone who can handle multitasking, work quickly, have flexibility and can easily prioritize in a team.

Job description

  • Welcoming and managing new and existing customers upon arrival;
  • Answer phones and manage emails with a friendly and professional tone;
  • Schedule patient appointments for multiple practitioners and locations;
  • Complete and process payments;
  • Balancing the cash register at the end of the day;
  • Light practice cleaning if necessary;
  • Other duties as indicated by the managers.


  • A positive attitude and cheerfulness are a must;
  • Professional practical knowledge of the English and Dutch language;
  • Is flexible to work at multiple locations: main locations The Hague and Gouda. Extra coverage in Rotterdam and Utrecht if/when needed;
  • Can work 20 hours a week, or more if needed;
  • Team player;
  • Proactive and ready to take on new tasks as we grow;
  • Can be used flexibly because of our opening hours;
  • Knowledge of health insurance is useful, but not required;
  • Knowledge of or experience with chiropractic is a bonus.

Telephone reception employee

Job description:

  • Answering the telephone and speaking to clients;
  • Calling warm leads to schedule them in the right location (we have five and are growing more and more!);
  • Clients call after their first appointment to ensure that everything went well and that all information is clear (such as treatment plan, finances, etc.) as part of the aftercare;
  • Contact clients who have not visited for a long time to see how they are doing as part of the aftercare;
  • Any other duties in consultation with the Front Desk Supervisor or Practice Manager.

What can you expect from us?

  • A gross hourly wage of € 7.00 – € 10.50;
  • Travel allowance;

  • 0-hours contract for 6 months with the prospect of a longer contract with fixed hours if performance is good.

  • You are available for some morning shifts from 8 am-11am and evening shifts from 5 pm-8pm;
