Troy Mansfield is a chiropractor with a strong foundation in spine health, human performance and long‑term wellbeing. He graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic and has been practicing since 2019. Before joining Chiropractie Centraal, Troy worked in diverse clinical environments where he became known for his calm communication style, thorough assessments and ability to help people move with confidence.
A lifelong sportsman with a particular passion for field hockey, Troy understands firsthand how important healthy movement is: not only for performance, but for quality of life. His goal is to help every patient enjoy their own passions as fully as possible, whatever they may be.

Patients often seek Troy’s care for persistent low‑back or mid‑back discomfort, ongoing neck and shoulder issues, headaches or migraines originating from the cervical spine, disc‑related conditions such as herniation or degeneration, and movement limitations affecting daily life, work or sport.
Troy works with a wide range of individuals, from active adults and athletes to people balancing work, family and physical demands. His approach focuses on restoring efficient, safe movement and supporting long‑term resilience.
Education & Professional Involvement
Troy earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. He is registered with the ICA, the CCA, and the New Zealand Chiropractic Board.
He has completed extensive further education with respected leading chiropractic educators and experts, including Heidi Haavik, Martin Harvey, Russ Rosen, and the New Zealand College of Chiropractic Lyceum. He regularly attends the annual chiropractic seminar ChiroEurope and has also completed Manager Tools training, strengthening his skills in communication, leadership and patient interaction.
In addition to his clinical work, Troy is actively involved in mentoring and coaching junior chiropractors, supporting their development in communication, clinical reasoning and patient‑centered care.
