About Keegan Reynolds
Keegan was born and raised in South Africa, where his passion for movement and performance was shaped by years of rowing, triathlon, and ultramarathon racing. Having experienced both the highs of endurance sport and the setbacks of injury, he developed a deep appreciation for the body’s resilience and the importance of optimal function.
He completed his Chiropractic studies at the University of Johannesburg and has worked with athletes across a variety of sports, including cycling and endurance events such as the Cape Epic. He is currently furthering his expertise through postgraduate studies in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC).
With a strong interest in biomechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, he takes a functional approach to care—helping patients move better, feel better, and return to the things they love. He believes in the body’s ability to heal when given the right support, and is passionate about helping people of all backgrounds feel and perform at their best.
