Chiropractie Centraal is a thriving chiropractic practice. We reached out 2020 goal of opening 3 additional practices and are looking to open some more in 2021. We are a diverse international company with a continuously growing team of chiropractors and administrative staff. We do not have a 7-step process to success, a new marketing technique which is far superior than any other nor a magic script that will convert more new patients to revenue. What We Ask

  • Must have a degree recognized by the CCEI;
  • Must be willing to learn Dutch (or speak Dutch already);
  • Enthusiastic, high energy and positive demeanor;
  • Must be open to working with supplemental technology (ie MyoVision, Posture Pro, etc.);
  • Must be open to take part in educational and / or promotional events (ie health talks, fairs, etc).

Job opening: Front Desk Administrator (part-time)

Chiropractie Centraal is a growing chiropractic practice with multiple locations across the Netherlands. We would like to add a pro-active and energetic front desk administrator to our international team. Due to how busy our office is we require someone who can handle multi-tasking, fast-paced work, have flexibility, and can easily prioritize their work in a team setting.

Job description:

  • Welcoming and directing new and existing clients upon their arrival;
  • Answering phones and managing emails with a friendly and professional tone;
  • Scheduling patient appointments for multiple practitioners and locations;
  • Complete and process payments;
  • Balancing of the till at the end of the day;
  • Light cleaning of the practice when necessary;
  • Other tasks as directed by the managers.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and cheerful demeanor are a must.
  • Professional working knowledge of the English and Dutch languages.
  • Is flexible to work at more than one location (Almere and Emmeloord).
  • Can work 20 hours a week, or more if needed.
  • Team player.
  • Pro-active and ready to accept new tasks as we grow.
  • Have flexible availability due to our opening hours.
  • Knowledge of health insurance is helpful, but not required.
  • Knowledge or experience in chiropractic is a bonus.

De functie:

  • Telefoon beantwoorden en clienten te woord te staan;
  • Warme leads bellen om hen in te plannen in de juiste vestiging (wij hebben er vijf en groeien steeds meer!);
  • Clienten bellen na hun eerste afspraak om te zorgen dat alles goed is verlopen en dat alle informatie duidelijk is (denk aan behandelplan, financien, etc.) als onderdeel van de nazorg;
  • Clienten contacteren die langere tijd niet langs zijn geweest om te kijken hoe het met hen gaat als onderdeel van de nazorg;
  • Eventuele andere taken in overleg met de Front Desk Supervisor of Praktijkmanager.

 

Wat kan je van ons verwachten?

  • Een bruto uurloon van €7,00 – €10,50;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding;
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheded binnen een snelgroeiend bedrijf;
  • Gezellige en informele werksomgeving met veel diversiteit;
  • Eventuele mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk met mobiel van de zaak in overleg;
  • 0-uren contract voor 6 maanden met vooruitzicht op langer contract met vaste uren bij goed presteren.

 

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Je bent gemotiveerd om gelijk aan de slag te gaan;
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en laat je niet uit het veld slaan;
  • Je bent bechikbaar voor enkele ochtenddiensten van 8.00-11.00u en avonddiensten van 17.00-20.00u;
  • Eventueel ook beschikbaar op enkele zaterdagen en / of zondagen;
  • Sterk inlevingsvermogen met de client.
  • Je hebt een duidelijke en prettige (telefoon) stem en spreekt duidelijk en correct Nederlands;
  • Je spreekt en verstaat goed Engels.
